Concurrent Monitoring

     Uttarakhand Mahila Samekit Vikas Yojana is being implemented by 58 NGO partners in the State. At the first phase of project implementation, AFC was selected for the Concurrent Monitoring of 44 NGOs. However, it was felt essential by the State Project Management Unit; to cover newly introduced NGO partners as well as previous partners involved in implementation of UMSVY in different districts of the State should be monitored time to time, as it is an integral part of day to day management functions of the projects. This involves continuous review and supervision of the activities at every stage of project implementation. It helps the management to achieve efficient performance by providing feed back on whether input deliveries, work schedules, target output, deliveries of services and required actions are proceeding according to pre determine schedules. Keeping this in view NH Consulting Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi has been selected by State Project Management Unit for undertaking Concurrent Monitoring of Uttarakhand Mahila Samekit Vikas Yojana for 44 NGO partners.

     At present NH Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. has done Concurrent Monitoring of 32 PNGOs in two phases between 10 May 2012 to 21 June 2012 and 10 July 2012 to 02 September 2012.
